WELCOME TO MRS. HERTH'S RELIGION NEWS

November 8th Thursday   10:00 – 11:00 Confessions available in the church

December 11^th Tuesday  -  Adoration and Benediction (Advent Season)  Confessions will be heard during Adoration time (8:30 -11:30) and 3 priests will be available throughout most of that time period.  Teachers and staff are encouraged to take advantage of this sacrament as well.

For the 2007/2008 Academic Year we celebrate:

• Weekly school Mass (Thursday at 11:15am) student altar servers, readers, gift bearers
• Monthly Eucharistic Adoration with Benediction
• All school participation in the Sacrament of Reconciliation during Advent and Lent
• Sacrament of Reconciliation is available to students monthly before the school Mass
• Blessing of the Animals - October 4^th
• Living Rosary - October 7^th
• Praying with the Children’s Eucharistic Holy Hour via live E.W.T.N. video from the         Basilica of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C.
• All Saints Day - costume parade, contests, games, food, and fun.  November 1^st
• December Christmas Pageant
• Catholic Schools Week in January
• 5^th grade class Mass with the Archbishop in the Denver cathedral – February
• Lenten Stations of the Cross
• May Crowning ceremony
