THIRD GRADE

  We are all sad that Mrs. Pitt will be officially leaving at the close of school next Friday.  She has worried about medical conditions with her son for a long period of time, and his family really needs their support at his home in Iowa.  Mrs. Pitt and her husband will relocate back to Iowa to support their family in this time of great need.

   Now for the good news.  Several candidates were interviewed and after careful scrutiny and soul searching we decided that Mrs. Holly Adelman was ideal for our school.  Mrs. Adelman’s college degree is in Psychology with an emphasis on early childhood and elementary age children.  Her past accomplishments include teaching in Kenya and her lead role in organizing guidance programs for children at risk.  More information will be shared in her biography information in a future newsletter. 

Mrs. Adelman and Mrs. Pitt will work together next

week so that our children may quickly adjust to the transition.
